The Government of Canada is increasing the Canada Child Benefit (CCB) for families that are entitled to receive the CCB for April 2020 and continue to care for an eligible child in May 2020.

Families will get up to $300 child as part of their regular May 2020 payment. 

Those wo already receive the CCB do not need to re-apply.
