The Government of Canada launches the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) 2022-2023 call for proposals for community-based projects across Canada.
The community-based stream of the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is a federal grant that supports community-based projects that are designed by seniors for seniors.
NHSP funding creates opportunities for seniors to be more connected, supported, and active members of their communities.
This year’s national priorities focus on project that;
support healthy ageing
prevent elder abuse
celebrate diversity, and promoting inclusion
helping seniors to age in place
The deadline to submit applications will be November 1, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. EST.
