The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is the administer of tax laws for Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories, the CRA also administers various social and economic benefits and incentive programs delivered through the tax system.

One of the biggest issues our Constituency Office handles is the interruption of benefits including the Guaranteed Income Supplement, the Canada Child Benefit and GST credits. An interruption in benefits can cause a great deal of financial stress and will occur if you have not completed your Income Tax.

Throughout Elgin-Middlesex-London volunteers authorized under the CRA assists low income individuals in completing their taxes. Resources such as free computer programs are also available on the CRA website.
