Now is the time for your organization to apply for funding for community-based projects that will support the well-being and quality of life of seniors.

This year, the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is looking for projects that:

➡️ support seniors staying connected with their community and family by providing virtual activities and remote tutorials
➡️ provide virtual learning and information sessions identifying some of the risk factors that contribute to mental health issues
➡️ assist seniors set up meetings with other seniors, creating an online support network of seniors
