2023 Remembrance Day Ceremonies in Elgin-Middlesex-London

On Remembrance Day and throughout Veteran's Week, I encourage all residents of Elgin-Middlesex-London to remember the sacrifice of many Canadians who have fought for throughout our history. Canadians can participate in Acts of Remember by, wearing a poppy, reaching out to a Veteran, or attending a Remembrance Day service.

Below are Remembrance Day Ceremonies that will be occurring throughout our riding this year.

On Remembrance Day, we recognize the sacrifices of thousands of Canadians who have served in peace support, combat, or humanitarian roles to defend peace and safety.

2023 marks the 75th anniversary of United Nations peacekeeping. Canada has a long history of helping defend and maintain peace around the world. More than 125,000 Canadian Armed Forces members have served in international peacekeeping efforts in dozens of countries.

To every member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans, and Indigenous Veterans we thank you for courage, service, and sacrifice.

We Will Remember Them.
